The Victorian terrace has long been a popular choice for homeowners with orginal features such as stained glass panes, large bay windows and high ceilings it's easy to see why.
Aswell as loft and cellar conversions, the main type of enquiry we recieve is to look at ways of offering a larger kitchen space as this can often be out of proportion with the rest of the house.
The design solution in this case was to build right up to the party boundary and remove a corner of existing house to create a large open plan kitchen / diner. The loft was also converted, forming a new master bedroom with en suite facilities.
