This project was the transformation of an empty derelict building into modern retirement living and a flagship local authority development for the city.
The refurbishment would see a total of 26 new units providing independent living for elderly people in the local community of Normanton.
The name ‘Rose Homes’ was chosen as part of a competition at the local school organised by Derby Homes, Derby City Council and Redesign
