We won’t tell you what to do or belittle your ideas, but we will try and enhance your home to give you the best possible outcome.
We care about our environment and will aim to help you build in eco-friendly ways. We have been involved in cutting edge new build and refurbishment projects including Passivhaus technology.
Most people are not used to reading plans, that’s why we use 3D CAD software for all our work. So as well as all the drawings necessary for building, we will be able to show you around the outside and inside of your project before you start to pay a builder.
Our fees are usually quoted on a lump sum basis, so you know exactly what you will be paying and at what stages before we start work. We will also clearly explain possible fees for other consultants and local authority applications so you have the full picture. If you are not sure what you want to do or whether it will be possible, we offer a fixed fee feasibility study option. If the project proceeds we then deduct this fee from our regular charges.
